Revenue Memorandum Circular No, 50-2021 provides guidelines in the filing and payment of Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) by Non-Individual Taxpayers with transitory rates for those who will file and pay AITR on or before April 15, 2021 for taxable year ending December 31, 2020:

Non-Individual taxpayers, whether eFPS or Non-eFPS filers, shall use the Offline eBIRForms Package v7.9  in filing their AITR. The eBIR Forms is available for downloading from the following sites:
1. www.bir.gov.ph and
2. www.knowyourtaxes.ph

Payment of taxes due shall be made thru:
MANUAL: Any Authorized Agent Banks (AABs) as provided under RMC 41-2021.
ONLINE: GCash, Paymaya, LBP Link.BizPortal, DBP Tax Online, Union Bank Online Web and Mobile Oayment Facility and PESONet thru LBP Link.BizPortal.

Individual taxpayers who will file BIR Form 1701A may opt to download and use TaxWhizPH mobile app for free.
